From the beginning Project Solar were professional, easy to work with and supportive. They arranged an initial appointment very quickly and from there we had our panels within a week! The installers were professional and respectful and worked quickly to get the panels installed with minimum disruption. But it is with the aftercare that I am most impressed. They are only a phone call away should you have any issues at all, they answer quickly and all the staff are well trained and polite. We had a couple of issues with the installation and they resolved them quickly and professionally. They also assist you with setting up appropriate tariffs with electricity providers to make sure you get through best results from your panels. Highly recommended!

We asked for a quote and got booked in for a 1.5 hr long survey. Was expecting the surveyor to use the time to look at the roof/loft/electrics but it was entirely tablet-based. The surveyor took the mick continuously and didn't answer any questions. It was used car salesman spiel not actual information. Never got the answer to my question - what is the power output of each solar panel - and after 45 minutes they left without providing a quote. Very disappointed. Also demanded to use our WiFi for his tablet - more than a bit unprofessional.

Disruption within my property was minimal and installation staff gave me options on where wiring would run and left work area clean and tidy after work.
