Josh and Alfie did a superb job delivering and assembling all the furniture for our new house today. They arrived on time, were very polite, clean, tidy and efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks for a great service guys.

I ordered a Moreton dining table but the tabletop design was not clearly visible online, with too many grooves acting as traps for crumbs. Decided to return the table and Neptune were brilliant with ni questions asked. Chris and Jason arrived to pick up the table. Both were extremely polite and very professional. They dismantled the table efficiently and completed my return back to Neptune.

Great experience as usual with Neptune today. Josh and Alfi delivered our furniture and it was service with a smile! They were two friendly guys who rang half an hour before they arrived, which was in the given delivery time scale. Josh and Alfi were very polite, unwrapped our two items and took away the packing. We also loved their new dark green Neptune van.. very smart 😄 Thanks guys!

I had an appointment with Lucy to discuss my son’s room yesterday. The whole process was very enjoyable; she is a lovely person with brilliant ideas. She is a fantastic listener who made sense of my rather muddled mind over a delicious cup of coffee, and she helped me really fine tune what I like, which is amazing! It was really helpful to be in the store as she could show me the furniture and she pulled together fabrics, paints and accessories to make a mood board. I then received a summary of our decisions, a lookbook and an itemised product list by email. After my visit, Lucy thoughtfully put aside some lamp bases that I liked as she discovered that they are out of stock elsewhere. I am really happy with the whole experience and can’t recommend it enough. Although I love interiors, I found the whole decision process rather overwhelming as we are doing up our entire cottage. Lucy has really turned this around and I am now looking forward to the next appointment! You are under no obligation to buy anything, which is also really reassuring. However, all the designs are so beautiful and well made that it would be very hard to resist…! Thank you for such a wonderful morning. It has completely transformed how I feel about my renovation.

I recently received a Neptune delivery and the men, Brian and Kyle were great, very helpful and respectful of my property and very cheerful too which makes a pleasant change from some delivery men- not the Neptune ones!

After ordering 6 items on line, I made a big mistake in the size of mirror I ordered. It was too big to fit anywhere in my house. I immediately filled out a returns form. I received confirmation but didn’t get a response after 2 days. Made a quick phone call and it was all sorted with a courier on the way to collect.

The paints are great. A shame they took weeks to arrive - too late for our project.
