Crap (id like to say what i really think but they wont print)

Sick to death of trying to keep up with the unreasonable demands, nothing works as it should I cant even log on as it keeps saying my email address is invalid (had it for twenty years) Just a money making government scam. Also tried to call NO answer the QR code took me to me to a math page :-( . I read some of the 5 star reviews, no wonder i couldn't get through the staff are clearly spending all their time writing fake reviews

Having great difficulty with this company. No test arrived when promised. Hopeless Customer service. Do not even consider wasting your money.

Do not order from this company

I ordered a day 2 testing kit on 7th October costing 80 gbp, which I should have received on the 8th October. The courier sent me a message on 9th October, stating the kit would be delivered that day. The kit did not turn up as the courier could not find my address. I was then sent a message on the 10th October (the date I had to take the test) Again the kit did not arrive. The courier had taken it to the wrong address. I had to use go to a local testing site and pay 149 gbp. I contacted 101 testing with this information and requested a refund. They would not issue a refund until I gave them proof that I had taken the day 2 test with another company. This is absolutely ludicrous! So they gave me no choice in the matter to give them proof of the appointment I made with another provider, which they accepted but still deducted 15 gbp because they had posted the kit to me. Yes the one that I did not receive!

Highly recommend

I was skeptical because of all the horrible reviews but decided to go with them anyway because I was tired of searching for a company to provide my days 2 and 8 tests. I had a couple of difficulties but when I emailed them they responded and fixed the issues quickly. Overall, my experience with this company was great and I highly recommend them!

This is a shame for UK. NHS must do solething about it. My daughter paid for the two day test never received it and 101 testing say tvey did not received her payment (but withdrawn was made on her bank account). CROOKS ARNAQUE FUYEZ SHAME ON YOU
