Very good service

Fast and efficient service. Staff where very friendly and knowledgable of all the travel guidelines and offered great advice and helped ease my worries of gaining my results in time for travel. Couldnt recommend enough!

Went for the postal service. Items arrived on time, was a little confused as the website wasn't too clear. Called the number, nice people on the phone. all sorted, nice place.

Useless website makes a joke of the system- After many attempts to order day 2&8 home test kits in their website they were delivered on day 1 but impossible to register the tests on my iPhone so I emailed. They did respond and I had to email the info to them but day 2 info not received so no result obtained till I repeated the registration details on day 4. Similar process for day 8 also results are delayed by at least a day if you post the test on a Friday Saturday or Sunday. Hopeless process. They are taking £120 per person to post cheap do-it yourself kits with impenetrable website to find results. It’s a Complete rip-off. I would not use them again despite the fact that I found it very hard to find an alternative from the govt. website and this seemed the simplest to access from the adverts on Google. The whole system of quarantine and testing is an irrational nonsense made worse by unprofessional outfits like this.

I booked this service for 3 test to release (day 5) tests @£100 each for my children returning from overseas where they live. It was a complete shambles. The site is badly run and the onsite staff less than helpful. It took almost 3 days for my son’s results to be returned and longer for his wife. I rebooked my daughter to the site at Heathrow and she had the results the same day. After several unhelpful calls with the site it transpired that the tests (which are self administered) are shipped off to the lab in a window from 1 to 24 hours after and 101 then take no further action or responsibility. Staff are rude and unhelpful. The day 2 and 8 tests through a different (cheaper) company which were self administered and posted gave much quicker results (24 hours). This company is only interested in charging exorbitant prices for a misleading and inadequate service. Don’t use it!

Absolutely shocking, they forgot to post my day 5 test, told me to use day 8 instead, they received my day 5 test at 6am on day 6, and at 1pm, so 31 hours, I still don't have the result. £100 for that privilege of still not being released is an embarrassment.

Excellent Service. Genuinely the best. I have flown several times in the last year and used various suppliers for Day 2, 8, Test to Release and Fit To Fly. 101Testing has been the most responsive, had fastest turnaround time and provided great advice. Their online system is accurate and they're reliable. You get what you pay for but 101Testing go above and beyond. I am recommending 101Testing to a Friends and Family and will be using them again and again.

My day2 and8 test kit arraived on my day 4. It's a joke. I just can't take the brittish goverment seriously. The whole selfisolation and testing is waste of money and time.
