I wouldn’t recommend buying anything…

I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from plum benefits I had a reservation at Eden resorts and was given by the manager of the hotel the choice to cancel and no charges :fees will be given and supposedly he wrote for myself to get a refund as there was limitations and seem that there would be more problems due to Covid-19 as he explained to me for the amenities. I contacted the same day and explained everything to a person and I was told if they reach out the manager a refund would be given and I will not lose it. Four day’s later I reach out to both places and plum benefits told me it is non refundable which I would had appreciated it been told at the moment than lying to me about it. I lost the money for that reservation and I will not do any buying from this company. If I could give a zero I would because of bad customer service.

ORDER# 19628449

ORDER# 19628449 Concert for May was postponed for a future date still unknown. Despite this Ticketmaster offered refunds. All of my other concert tickets have been refunded except the one from Plumbenefits, which I apparently paid above face value. Not quite sure the benefit of this “employee discount” program.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

We booked a hotel through Plum Benefits in Chicago for a wedding that was cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. The Hotel cancelled our reservation without penalty, as one would expect any decent individual/business to do; however, it has been more than 3 weeks and plum benefits WILL NOT REFUND. They have given us a worthless credit voucher with AN EXPIRATION DATE - as if any sane person would choose to travel this year. We have now lost over $800 to this company, who couldn't care less about helping customers during a PANDEMIC. Order number 20098194

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! We bought tickets for the Lady Gaga concert through plum benefits and when the show was postponed, due to Covid, they refused to give a refund because the event was being postponed to a new date - which we cannot attend. This is very unfortunate because we have purchased many tickets from plum but we will no longer be using their services after this experience. Order number 20020889

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS I…

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 0 STARS I WOULD!! PLUM BENEFITS BEING DUPLICITOUS AND DECEITFUL DURING THE PANDEMIC TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! I booked a reservation at the Fountainbleu Hotel in Miami from Jul 3rd-Jul 6th, traveling from NY. This was decided bc Fl had such few COVID cases at the time. Over the weeks coming to our travel date, the numbers of COVID infections increased significantly. Being an Rn in NY this was very concerning, so I thought that it was best to cancel the reservation. Furthermore, the Fountainbleu reported that they had to close the beach and had limited reservations for there restaurants, also due to the increase of the COVID infections. I booked my flight with AA who decided to extend my ticket to Dec 2021, an example of great customer service. However, when I requested a refund from Plum Benefits, they refused to refund my money and gave an explanation that they were stealing my $987 bc my reservation was booked during the pandemic!!

Not a reputable company

Not a reputable company . Agree with all frustrated customers reviews. Poor customer service, unprofessional, speaking to you with disrespect. I didn't receive my money back and they said they will not return money because the concert was postponed for the next year. There is nobody to talk to. I am planning to go to the court. Order # 19568177. Two tickets for Elton John concert total $718.

The worst experience ever!!Refund Refund Refund!!!

The worst experience ever!!! As customers we don’t deserve this. Tickets at work scammed me for tickets I bought (order # 19973555 Preferred Access Confirmation #: 8612341) I called several times. I spoke to a Veronica who forgot to put me on hold and I heard her laugh at the fact that I could not receive my refund. When she transferred me over Crystal Flores was rude and unprofessional and told me there’s nothing she could do. How? Why? Is this right? Especially considering the state the whole world is in with Covid-19!!! How can you rob people of their money?? How is this ethical or moral. I want my money back, I don’t want to hear something is postponed for a future we can’t see!

Not a reputable company

**Update as of 06/16/20-Response from Plum Benefits states I need to reach out with my order number. Again...I have already reached out numerous times ...with my order number...and got the same response that the tickets are non refundable. I don't know if providing my order number via this review is really something I should be doing? Thoughts on this? I bought my tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood January 1, 2020 through Plum. I am a planner and I want my family vacations to be booked and ready by the time vaycay comes. Family vaycay was planned for beginning of May. At the time, Plum was offering tickets good for certain time frames. I bought the tickets that coincided with my trip. They expired May 31. However, 6 weeks before my planned trip...Universal closed due to COVID...and they remain closed, through my expiration date. Completely out of my hands. I have contacted the company 6 times...yes 6...via email. I have received 2 of the exact same responses from the company. The other emails have remained not returned. Each generic email tells me when Universal closed and that I need to read my tickets and still have time to use them and they are non refundable. If they actually READ my email they would see that they expire May 31st....and Universal remains closed after my expiration. A reputable company offers a refund. At the bare minimum, they offer an extension. It is not like I just "decided" not to take my trip. Hotels closed. Travel restrictions are in place. Businesses and the matter at hand...theme parks...have closed. Stay at home orders have been in place. Some borders have even been closed. No one can control any of the COVID consequences, effects, or outcomes this has brought. However, a reputable company should work with their customers, to keep them coming back. Not against them. This looks terrible for their company and any company the works with them. Tickets at Work...it's disgusting to think my very large reputable company partners with them for their services.

TicketsAtWork is a scam

TicketsAtWork is a scam. First of all, I found out I was charged almost $100 more than the face value of the tickets I purchased. Secondly, my event was postponed due to coronavirus and TicketsAtWork is saying the tickets are non-refundable because the event was postponed and not outright canceled. I cannot attend the event on the rescheduled date so now I'm screwed out of $274 dollars. Ironically, the venue where the concert is being held is offering refunds if people can't make the rescheduled date and so is Ticketmaster, but TicketAtWork says they can't refund the money. I've contacted an attorney and they said the coronavirus pandemic could be considered an extraordinary event allowing such charges to be canceled, a legal term called force majeure. I hope someone sues TicketsAtWork so they go out of business and can't scam other people.
