My new tub is more than I expected. The walk in door and the spa jets are wonderful for aches and pains. When I have a rough day it is so relaxing. I look forward to my evening bath. Thank you American Standard!

We didn't know how to operate the cleaning system and even though it is automatic it was not turning on. I called Customer Service late yesterday to get help. We never even got a phone call, but as soon as I got out of the bath, I heard this big whoosh and the cleaning system was up and running! Thank you for a wonderful product and exceptional service!

Everything was perfectly installed, and my new walk in shower works great, i love it. i also had a new toilet installed and now it has a leak and i have reported it twice and after 3 weeks i am still waiting for someone to come repair it. So that part not so good.

Walk in shower is better than expected, totally professional crew friendly and courteous and cleaned up after completion. American Standard truly holds a high standard in their products and installation. Can't say enough about it. A excellent experience A+++
