I like to support my local community shops. I find the personal touch of a small business much more satisfying than going to the huge chain stores. That was certainly the experience at Dacombes. I recently had a new kitchen installed. I purchased several new kitchen appliances from Dacombes and their attention to detail was outstanding. They even swapped out an appliance that due to a space problem had to be changed. This was agreed to and done without the minimum of fuss. The staff are very helpful and obliging. The delivery and install was very professional and well co ordinated. I would recommend Dacombes to any prospective customer and I shall definitely be purchasing my next TV from them which will be my Christmas self treat!😊

Went into shop looking for a separate fridge and freezer. Salesman couldn't have been more helpful. No high pressure selling and allowed me to make my own mind up, plus it was local. Literally five minutes from my home. Delivery guys came on day stated, were extremely helpful and set up where I wanted them. Can't fault service at all and would certainly use them again in the future

Helpful, fast and efficient service

The delievery men were on time they took out our old one out and bought in our new one and handled with care i would recommend Dacombes of wimborne for telling you the delivery day and time and actually sticking to it without having to call them again to find out if it was going to arrive

Dacombes was faultless in supplying our new dishwasher. In the shop we were given all the facts, no high pressure selling techniques, by Mark who was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The booking for delivery and installation was scheduled for a few days later with the assurance that the delivery team would call ahead, which they did. Ed and Lee turned up on time, got straight on with the installation, gave great advice and left with the old appliance. I wondered if a local shop could compete with the likes of John Lewis, but Dacombes proved to beat them in every aspect.

Great friendly and informative service. Simply could not fault it - and I am normally grumpy. The price was also very good and I could not find cheaper unless I bought one on the internet - but then you just do not get the service. Go there - its a great local independent.

I like Dacombes very much. The staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. The freezer was delivered ontime and is working perfectly.
