We were served by a knowledgeable and helpful man in the shop which enabled us to choose a washing machine at a good price with the requirements we needed. The washing machine was delivered yesterday by two men who were really polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dacombes, we like to support local businesses and the service was excellent.

We have used Dacombes for many years and will always refer back to them when we need new items or advice. We ordered a sound bar for our television on a Saturday afternoon (a few years ago). It was delivered and fitted the same afternoon. If there is any way for a delivery to be made quickly, Dacombes will accommodate. When connecting or disconnecting items, it is always done in a professional manner. We highly recommend them and always mention them to friends and family when able.

I will always go to Dacombes for my electrical goods. Helen in the sales team is lovely and I can see the actual appliance in the showroom - looking at the picture on line isn't the same. I always ask for installing and removal of old appliance so I don't have to deal that side myself. The boys who come with the delivery, call me to let me know when they will be arriving on the scheduled date. They are well-mannered and courteous and get on with their job. From the moment we walked into the shop, we knew we were in safe hands. Mark was exceptionally knowledgeable on washing machines and dishwashers allowing us to make informed choices. Ed and Dan were excellent and worked quickly and efficiently to install the machines and then explain how to use them. All in all a very positive experience!

Price matched product. Very quick delivery. There were some issues with an old raised platform that our previous appliance was placed on. Ed, who delivered the new fridge freezer, used spare wood and fitted a new platform for our new appliance-in our opinion he went over and above which was brilliant. Friendly store, quick delivery and excellent service…definitely makes us want to shop local with Dacombes again.

Dacombes fulfilled all my requirements for a complete kitchen full of new appliances, despite many changes (due to suppliers constantly changing their models), and all for only a fraction more than I MAY have been able to achieve with multiple Internet purchases. Nothing about the process was too much trouble for them.

We have bought various electric appliances from Dacombes over the years and recently purchased a new Bosch washing machine. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The appliance was delivered on the agreed date and our old unit taken away. Delivery was well communicated. Accepting this is a washing machine which, to be honest, is difficult to get excited about, it is a great little unit that does what it should. Dacombes is part of the Euronics buying group and is very competitive on price. The cost of the washing machine was equal to the lowest price found on the web. We are fans and their reviews reflect their great customer service.
