The guys on the sales floor really know their stuff and can guide you through all the available options on the market. They present a wide range of goods and brands and have a terrific 'spare parts' knowledge and all the bits you may need. (even light bulbs that you can't source anywhere else)

The advice in the shop was very detailed and helpful. The delivery time was quick and the appliance arrived at the set time. The fitters were quick, thorough, tidy, polite and explained what they were doing and the basics of how the washing machine worked.

Dacombes is always my first choice of retailer for household appliances such as freezers, fridges, TVs etc. Customer service has always been first class, with their knowledge of products unrivaled. Delivery at a time to suit me has never been a problem, but a special mention must be made for the men who deliver, fit, and remove appliances. With an eye for detail, everything is always absolutely perfect. The latest product to be delivered and fitted is an integrated fridge, and I cannot thank Ed and Dan enough for all their hard work.

Purchased a intergrated fridge / freezer from Dacombes of Wimbourne , Rung order thru to company , Salesman Mark extremely helpful and professional . Few days later fridge/ freezer delivered installed and old taken away , Ed the installation was great as well , very friendly guy who took great care bringing unit into house he also had to replace some of cabinet hinges,he also made sure everything was working properly before he left Great company to deal with and great service, Would not hesitate to recommend them and use they services again ! After visiting Dacombes in Wimborne to purchase a new Bosch washing machine this week the staff were very helpful and polite. The washing machine was delivered and installed today by two delivery men - Ed and Dan. We would like to thank them for their professional, polite and helpful way they carried out the work.
