You should really look this business out!! If you're thinking of purchasing electrical items, forget internet retailers, try Dacombes. They have a superb range of equipment on display (we were purchasing new Neff ovens) and all the staff have the knowledge to back up the displays with solid, sensible information. There is no pressure (it was something like 10 months between our initial interest and purchase) plus they provide a really personal service. Lee came out to go over where we were planning to install and check that our preferred units would actually fit our space before we committed to purchase. Installation is done by an in-house team rather than contracted out. Lee and Joe were extremely efficient. Phoned to let us know they were on their way. Did a great job of fitting the three units into the existing space and left everywhere clean and tidy. Prices are very competitive as well. Highly recommended and a much pleasanter experience all round than shopping on-line.

We were able to negotiate a competitive price with Dacombes when we bought the fridge freezer. We had to arrange delivery about 10 days later because we were moving. It arrived on time. Two very helpful men brought it in and set it up. This is the second time we've shopped at Dacombes and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service from start to finish the showroom staff were very knowledgable and attentive. The delivery and fitting team were first class as well. John Lewis were renowned for customer service but I don’t bother with them anymore - Dacombes are streets ahead!
