Our Bosch integrated Dishwasher was Delivered and installed within 5 days of ordering and the two installation engineers provided an excellent service, removing the old AEG dishwasher and were able to reuse the door cover. Very good experience and the appliance was levelled and aligned perfectly with the other cupboards. I would thoroughly recommend Dacombes for their efficient supply and installation services and the very reasonable price for the Dishwasher which came with an extended 5 year warranty included.

I was recommended by a friend and I would highly recommend Dacombes. They were punctual, helpful, and very efficient.

We needed to replace an old American F/F, however, the location for this broken unit was in a small utility room separate from our main house. The issue was that we had very limited height and access, in fact I have no idea how they got this American F/F into that room in the first place, we bought it with the house! This was a major challenge and we decided that if we went with a good recomended local company rather than an on line retailer then we could have that personal touch and they would understand how complicated this would be. Well, we can’t recommend Dacombes of Wimborne enough. They were more than excellent, nothing was a problem and the two delivery/installers were incredible. It was a massive challenge and they had to dismantle everything and it took almost 2hrs to take out the old one and install the new. This company and these two gentlemen went way beyond the level of duty and we wanted this to be recognised. Please, please use and support this local company. If I could give more stars I would - from the initial phone call to Helen, to order a Dishwasher - 2 x Built in tall fridges and the Fridge Freezer - right through to the installation where care and precision was taken / delivered on time and no fuss - Excellent is not a strong enough word - no wonder they are still in business since the 1920's. Thank you for helping us to turn our new house into our new home :)
