Bought Samsung TV. Great service both from the showroom staff and the installation team who fitted tv to the wall. Quick delivery and installation. Price was a lot cheaper than bigger national companies.

The product knowledge of the staff was first class. Prices were competitive, lead times good and delivered on time. What more can you ask for?

I phoned the shop & spoke to Helen explaining my fridge / freezer had broken & defrosting rapidly & was full of food. Helen checked that the new unit I had chosen was in stock & would arrange delivery as soon as she could - I had hardly unplugged & moved my broken machine out of the way when a lovely helpful young man delivered my new fridge/freezer!

We had previously purchased a TV from them over 7 yrs ago and was very impressed then. That experience prompted us to return when we needed to replace our Dishwasher ( not one they supplied ) and was old and decided to replace it. Our visit to them was very pleasant and helpful ,made our choice bought and arranged for an installation within few days . They arrived at agreed time and proceeded with the removal and install of our new M/c . They completed the installation including fitting all the required components including a requirement to fit an additional electrical safety isolation point that was needed for installation , without which the install would not been able to be done. No extra charge and fantastic service and throughly recommend without exception 100% We are soon to buy another large item and we will definitely buy and arrange install and removal of existing item when it’s replaced . Ed and Lee made the experience of getting a new cooker so much easier than I anticipated. They were relaxed, efficient and very polite. The removal of the old cooker was done with the minimum of fuss and the new one installed with equal calm and confidence! Thank you very much. We'll definitely shop at Dacombe's again!
