Excellent Customer Service

We all know that if we want to preserve our high streets that we need to use our local shops but Dacombes makes this a win/win experience. I have to confess to being a bit lazy and I generally source expensive items through John Lewis because I trust their customer service, but Dacombes utterly outstripped that company. I purchased a combination microwave/oven and received outstanding service all the way through. Mark, the salesman who helped me, had expert knowledge of the appliances I was interested in and spent some considerable time with me, demonstrating how the oven I eventually chose, worked. The engineers who delivered my oven worked for Dacombes. They arrived on time, were polite and friendly and professional around the installation. All in all a thoroughly fantastic company which I have not hesitation in recommending and one that I intend to use in the future.

From start to finish couldn't ask for more. Selected on website and just over 1hr after purchase Dacombes called to arrange delivery. As promised had a phone call about 20 minutes before delivery and when Ed and Dan arrived they where great placed dryer exactly where I wanted. Disposing of packaging and installing myself but they ensured it was in correct location and reminded me to register it before they left. 30 minutes later dryer installed and registered with Blomberg :-)

2nd time I've used Dacombes and I continue to be very satisfied with their service. Ordered my washing machine and it was delivered three working days later. Price matched to all major retailers. Nice to buy local. You'll be hard pressed to find better service from a national brand.
