The engineer was very competent and installed the machine and refitted to the cupboard door. We were notified of arrival time in advance.

We've bought several items over the years from Dacombes and have always had very good service. The shop is local, the website is up to date and the service we receive is 100%. All the staff are so helpful and mindful when delivering and assembling the items we've bought. Friendly, efficient service in the shop and when my fridge freezer was delivered. The free-standing model replaced a built in one and they took off the doors and even took them down to the garage for me. Dacombes provide good value for money, considering there is free delivery and cheaper disposal price than a certain other large store.

Our first meeting with Dacombes was very informative, helpful and professional. They gave impartial advice about the induction hob market and the pros and cons of different models, and were flexible and prompt when arranging delivery and fitting. The two installers were both very knowledgeable and efficient, adapting the existing work surface aperture to the new hob’s base dimensions. They did so calmly and without fuss, getting it right first time. We are delighted with the finished article. Very helpful lady called Helen who was informed and ready to help. Showed us the many models of washing machines and differences between. Competitive prices. Also delivery men were polite, and on time.
