I do not like the fact that the fridge freezer is standing on a lump of wood. So not entity happy!!!

Help with choosing the appliance when we visited the shop was much appreciated. Delivery was timely and the two guys that delivered and installed the fridge-freezer did so were polite, professional and tidy.

I needed to organise a replacement integrated fridge/freezer for my daughter who lives in Wimborne and due to have her second child any day. Not living locally, I was not sure whether it was possible to get a like for like integrated replacement, but having talked through the options on the phone with Chris, I felt confident that this was possible. Appliance purchase and installation were sorted over the phone and team (Ed and Dan) turned up exactly as arranged. The old fridge freezer was removed and taken away and after some slight modifications to the kitchen unit the new one fitted. The team were friendly and helpful and their workmanship first class. The whole process was hassle free and working with Dacombes removed the stress for my daughter.

After a not so great service from a 'larger company', Dacombes came up trumps. Visited the stop after seeing an identical item on their website, it was in stock, cheaper than the 'larger company', and was delivered FOC at the time specified. We recently bought a cooker from Dacombes and were very happy with the result, so when our dishwasher finally died, guess where we went for a replacement? The Bosch that we bought is excellent, as was the service. "They came, they saw, they installed" (to mangle a quote)--and took the dead one away. As ever, they were friendly, fast and efficient.
