All good from telephone ordering to delivery and installation - could not have been better!

Can highly recommend Dacombes of Wimborne. We have been customers for many years as we like to support local independent businesses. They are always competitively priced & their customer service, both in the showroom & with installation is first class. We recently needed to purchase a new TV & Mark was very helpful & knowledgeable regarding our choice. A few days later, Lee & Dan came to install it. They were polite, professional & very patient. A pleasure to have in our home.

The staff were patient and helpful in store and the fitters were very polite and efficient when delivering, fitting and replacing our dishwasher. Communication was excellent before the fitters arrived so the store and I knew what was arranged and when it would happen.

First class experience with Dacombes. We wanted to remove a fitted double oven and replace it with a fitted microwave. The revised 'stack' would be shorter but they were able to advise on how to fill in the 'gap'. Decent quote for the microwave/fitting and it was supplied and fitted very quickly. The fitters were great. Knew what they were doing and had the job finished in about an hour. We've used Dacombes in the past and will do so again.

We had a salesman who obviously knows his job as we were given information we had never known before. He was unbiased on the products on sale and I felt that the questions I asked were answered with honesty and without pressure to purchase any particular make. The information he gave us helped us to make up our minds as to which machine we should purchase. All in all a good experience. The delivery went without a hitch and the delivery guys were very helpful in putting it insid the front door for me to move into position at my leisure. Really simple ordering process and delivered within 3 working days. Phoned beforehand to let us know when arriving. Fitted quickly and hassle free. Have used before and definitely will do again.
