Received knowledge and friendliness from all members of staff whether in the shop or whether installing my washing machine. I had a query when trying to open the door of the new washing machine as didn't like to force anything. Knew instinctively that I was being silly but within a very short time the engineer arrived back at my house and reassured me that my query was due to previously having a press button machine.
