I went into the showroom with the intention of buying a Ruark radio if it satisfied my criteria. After Paul had demonstrated the radio I was convinced and bought it. I showed an interest in the 55 inch tvs on display. Paul spent a good 15 minutes explaining the pros and cons of those on display. I had intended buying a particular brand but ended up buying a rival brand and a sound bar to match. They have just been installed by a very competent pair who answered all my questions whilst setting the system up. Very satisfied with the result.

Needed a new washing machine urgently. Salesman very knowledgeable and helpful - just check what temperature the eco wash uses - no good for most mixed washes which would have been useful to know! Removal of old machine and installation efficient and quick, definitely worth the charge.
