I visited Dacombes of Wimborne looking for a portable radio. They had the Ruark R1 radio I wanted along with accessories [remote control, rechargeable battery]. Staff were polite and knowledgeable even offering to help with setup if necessary. The Ruark R1 mk 4 is excellent playing FM, DAB+ and Bluetooth from my mobile ‘phone. This small radio makes a Big Sound and the battery lasts for ages.

when we puchased the machine we were impressed with the salesmans knowledge of all the machines. we aqrranged for delvery, disposing of old machine and fitting. the 2 men arrived when told . They were very polite and whent about their work in a very professional way. Explained how to work the machine. so we felt the service was excellent

I discovered Dacombes when searching for a new Fridge Freezer. My initial phone contact could not have been more helpful, and the whole transaction was what you would wish still happened elsewhere. True the price was a few pounds more than others quoted, but customer service is worth it, and delivery was carried out faultlessly and carefully. High street independents are worth looking at for your next purchase.

As usual very efficient service from the Dacombes team. From the sales to the installation. Contacted by telephone informing of imminent arrival of men for the installation. The two gentlemen worked cleanly and effiently, and when they went, the kitchen was left so tidy and clean you would not have know workmen had been in.

We placed an order and the machine was delivered and fitted within 48 hours. Extremely efficient and polite fitter. Top marks for service.

Paul was very helpful on the telephone guiding us through the ovens that were available and Lee helped us when we visited the showroom. The ovens have been installed today just a few days after selecting them, excellent service could thoroughly recommend.
