The Service was excellent I had no issues. The fridge was delivered on time and the staff were able to negotiate their way into the kitchen without issue. They were able to answer all my questions. Will definitely use again

I purchased a new Bosch dishwasher and arranged a delivery date and time. Staff arrived dead on time. They were smartly dressed and polite. New dishwasher was installed quickly and carefully. Old appliance was removed and taken away for disposal. Excellent service.

Yet another visit to Dacombes of Wimborne; last month it was for a new freezer and now a new larder fridge. Their predecessors were well over 20 years old so owed us nothing. Once again Dacombes provided just what we wanted, delivery on a convenient date and, above all, we were made to feel that our custom was very important. I bought a washer dryer from Dacombes of Wimborne. When I rang up the member of staff was very helpful by providing me with information on installation, delivery and recycling. The buying process was very easy. The installers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They removed the old machine easily and installed the new device in our garage very professionally. All packaging was removed and the place left as it was found. I would definitely use Dacombes again and felt I paid a reasonable price for everything,

Dacombes is our first call every time for appliances, the reason being they still offer friendly, helpful, unpushy advice, and excellent service. In these days where the majority have opted for dehumanised joyless shopping, I am grateful there are still a few places left that haven't forgotten the deep, long lasting value of real service. On this occasion out fridge freezer finally expired, but we have used them for all our appliances, and will continue to do so
