I ordered online ,received a phone call not long afterwards to arrange delivery that day! I was delighted as the freezer was desperatly needed. It arrived and without fuss the old one was taken away and the new one installed with a briefing on how to use it.

We can always rely on Dacombes to have what we want to buy or if not, they can quickly source one for us. We recently bought a slimline dishwasher, which was bought one day and delivered and fitted the following day. The staff are all very knowledgeable - and lovely!

Faultless service throughout. Having listened to our requirements, Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable in the shop, spending time showing us various washing machine options. This enabled us to feel comfortable and confident in the choice we were able to make as a result. The delivery and installation service was excellent and carried out by two knowledgeable and friendly chaps. Since moving to the area 7 years ago, Dacombes has become our "go to" electrical and domestic appliance shop, with this now being our fifth appliance purchase from them to replace the original poor quality units provided by the developer. Great customer service. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Dacombes, whether it's finding and ordering the right products, arranging deliveries or the delivery itself. All done really efficiently with great communication and a friendly approach. Local is definitely best in this case, I would have no hesitation in using Dacombes again.

We ordered a Neff combi oven back in March and were warned of the long wait time. It was finally delivered to Dacombes last week (which was earlier than expected) and installed yesterday, with a fairly major re-jig of the existing oven cabinet and cupboards. The result is even better than we had expected, and the installation team a joy to watch. They came when they said they would, did the work cleanly and efficiently, and tidied up after themselves. First class job. Last week we also had to replace the integrated white goods in our daughter and son-in-law's new house. The installers came and recommended what we needed, we ordered in store and everything was fitted the same week. Again, outstanding service, and everything at realistic prices. Can't recommend highly enough

We had a new fridge/freezer fitted. The 2 men who did the work, notified us when they were coming, came on time and did the job efficiently. They also left the space clean and tidy and explained the workings of the fridge/freezer.

When replacing electrical items, Dacombes are now our first port of call. Prices are often on a par with the large stores and, more importantly, their customer service is second to none. Paul's excellent product knowledge enabled us to home in on exactly what we needed with a replacement washing machine, and our fears about difficulties in installation were soon allayed.
