I ordered a Blomberg washing machine on the phone. Later the same day I realised it would be the wrong size. I called them back and they measured the smaller size and confirmed that this would be the one I required. An adjustment to the order was made and a refund of the difference in price. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, as are the delivery drivers and fitters. Many thanks for your service. This is the second Blomberg product I have purchased, and so far have been really pleased with the build quality. The new washing machine is so quiet you have to look at it to confirm its finished!

Our old TV developed a fault-line down the screen and we were advised that a repair, if possible, would be quite costly. As the set was some 15 years or so of age we decided to explore the purchase of a new set. We pondered where to go as we are not familiar with the sort of television we would be most comfortable with and found the range and sizes of new televisions advertised on TV quite intimidating. We eventually decided to go to the Dacombe showroom at Wimborne as we were advised that we would be welcomed and would see a decent range of televisions. We attended the showroom on Saturday morning 16 July about 10 minutes before opening time and were welcomed by Paul immediately despite the early arrival. We were shown a complete range of televisions and decided on a TV which was on live display. Paul was very helpful and went to great trouble to show us several sets of varying sized screens for us to compare. We eventually decided on a 50 inch screen. The next task was to arrange delivery and to our surprise we were unexpectedly offered a same day delivery to our home in Broadstone, some 5 or 6 miles away. This of course was very acceptable. and the deal was agreed. The delivery lads who arrived were extremely helpful and gave us a comprehensive demonstration after setting it up. They were very cheerful and polite and only left once we were satisfied that we could operate the set without confusion. They also impressed us with their expertise. Needless to say we are both very comfortably impressed with Dacombes and very satisfied with the TV set. We spent the whole next day on a very hot Sunday enjoying the TV. The picture was full of amazing colours and the clarity and detail is outstanding. We are both very pleased and full of admiration with both the sales staff and installation staff for the wonderful and outstanding welcome and service they gave and have no hesitation in recommending Dacombe of Wimborne to our friends. Very easy transaction, the guys came around the day after my enquiry, completely understood our requirements and a week later our new appliances were fitted. They even organised the gas fitter for us! Would highly recommend and great to support a local trustworthy business.

We recently purchased an under the counter fridge from Dacombes as our current fridge at our office in Wimborne was no longer working. Mark advised what our best option was over the telephone (he directed me to the correct product on their website so I could view it) and it was installed the very next day and our old fridge taken away. Fantastic, quick and reliable service with no problems or hassle.

Washing machine unexpectedly stopped working with clothes inside rang Dacombes who were so helpful with their advice it was clear we needed a new machine. Again Dacombes staff were excellent and I had a new machine fitted within two days. The delivery/fitters were excellent and a credit to Dacombes. Thank you.
