My wife broke our TV this morning. Inadvertently pulled it off its stand. Phoned you and received immediate response. New TV with set up technician arrived early afternoon. A few minutes and pictures again. Paid and receipted. He removed damaged set along with all packaging. I don’t think anyone anywhere could get better service than that.

Just had a new oven fitted very please and good customer service.

We had to buy a new television as our old one died! Went into Dacombes as a new customer. Julie, on sales explained things well whilst comparing and contrasting the options. Everything we were advised would happen with the process, played out. Refreshing but sadly, a rare thing in our world today! Would use again and recommend others give this local business a supportive try.

Everything and everyone was ultra efficient right from pre-order information, ordering, reassurance of after care to the actual delivery and fitting! Recently we have purchased a fridge freezer and two televisions from Dacombes all top quality products at very good prices. The service we received was top class, the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable from the sales staff through to the installation and fitting teams we were very impressed. New Samsung TV purchased, following a site visit to review our requirements, location, lighting, viewing angles etc. Upon delivery and installation today, we are more than saisfied with the advise and Ed and Dan's work for us. They tidied and hoovered up and left the family room clean and all products working. Thankyou to the whole team in Wimborne who can't do enough to satisfy the customer.

Excellent service and delivery arrived at the time agreed. The shop kindly stored my items to fit in with my new fitted kitchen. I made a call and they accommodated a delivery time to suit me. Cannot comment on goods until they have been installed a Neff oven and induction hob. I will update when they are fully working.

Very informative, delivery on time and great set-up

The gentleman in the shop took time and trouble to source the product I was looking for. Advised on when they would take delivery, I was telephoned to arrange convenient time for delivery and installation. Texted 10 mins before arrival. Old machine taken away, new one installed quickly and efficiently. Explained basic instructions. What's not to like!
