I have used Dacombes on several occasions. I believe in using local firms for my electrical needs from washing machine to recent two new TVs via kettles etc. I couldn't have asked for more help and advice from all the staff. Unfortunately there were hold ups possibly re Covid situation and sourcing but I have no complaints. I have a second storey flat with no lift, so it needed lots of strength to get the fridge freezer into my kitchen and take the old one out. My fitters worked hard and I am very happy with the result.

Neff B57CR23NOB Oven We were able to see the oven at the showroom in Wimborne. The staff were very helpful and demonstrated this oven and others in the range. Delivery was on the day as promised. The installation engineers called to confirm they were coming and were efficient, courteous and helpful. Overall we are very pleased and would definitely go there again.

Staff in their shop were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer. Having selected the model they were able to source and guarantee a delivery date. The product arrived as promised and was installed professionally. Would recommend them every time for service that’s hard to beat.

The salesman was very knowledge about the Neff products we were interested in. Also what was best about stand alone fridge freezers. The only down side was the doors on delivery had very small dents. They are being replaced with out any problem.
