I was very pleased with my new washing machine. I was treated with courtesy and good technical information at the shop in Wimborne. I had the installation and taking away of the old machine, which I was grateful for, at an extra cost, but well worth it. The men who delivered the machine were excellent. I only have praise and thankfulness at the service I received.

Our oven broke down over Xmas so we visited Dacombes of Wimborne to buy a new oven. Very pleased with the help and advice given by Julie Gray in helping us to choose a new Neff oven. The installation team were very polite and helpful too. We would definitely recommend Dacombes.

Excellent service - fridge/freezer delivered on time promised and they were very patient and helpful - unpacking and installed the old fridge and was able to transfer the food from old fridge to new fridge so old fridge could be taken away - very pleased with the service and the prodiuct.

An electrical retailer that gives a personal touch sadly lacking from the more well-known companies who we had already experienced a woeful service from prior to our SOS call. They went out of their way to help us find a solution when our cooker stopped working a couple of days before Christmas.They have a really wide range of appliances in their well-stocked showroom and the service was so friendly and professional. Can’t thank them enough.

We needed a freezer in a hurry just before Christmas, Dacombes were most helpful and it was delivered by 2 smiley young men in plenty of time for our celebrations.
