The customer service in the shop was excellent and expended a lot of time to explain the difference in the televisions. The delivery and installation charge is well worth it and the installers made sure we linked to the various providers and the Internet, explaining the operation of the system.

Ed your engineer turned up on time even though I live a long way from Wimborne- after phoning to say he was on his way and efficiently and expertly installed my new system in a very professional manner and tidied up the cables in a very neat way and I was very impressed with all his work. System is working fabulously and I am very grateful for all your help and your expert installation and how easy he has set it up to use through just one remote ie the Sky one! The two men removed my mothers old tumble drier and installed the new machine, this was not straight forward as the new machine was slightly bigger than the old one. They did not give up and installed the new one. Mother was highly delighted.
