A couple of notes to help you with future orders: - An email letting you know what's happening between the order purchase date, and shipment is helpful. I was SUPER impressed that you got this here from Hong Kong though in a matter of a couple of days once actually shipped. I just think being more communicative about the time frame is helpful. - I received my box but it was damaged (the outside of the box mostly) - definitely scraped up the bag that it came in a bit because the box was damaged all the way through. However it does seem to be ok on the inside as you did a great job with packing! Just the carrying bag is a little rough now. - Can not wait to try it out.

I studied and compared some machines (and did not know these type of machines existed!! LOL!) and decided to get the Hismith Premium Sex Machine,Wire-controlled. They are not quite correct when they apply the 10% discount but I am willing to overlook it because I am very pleased with my purchase. I placed one order and i got 2 package 1 from Netherland and 1 from China, that from China cost me a tax bill on 25$ extra, when i contact them they was fast to reply my message and they was shipping the last part, i would still order from here, that machine works so great, i really love it, i feels like you are in heaven. countless positions that is the words for that machine :D

Like one of the other reviewers said, this company lies about where they ship their items from. They keep saying in their responses to write to customer service, what's the point when they don't reply anyway? Why is it that 90% of the reviews on here have the same response word from word from the company?
