I placed an order last week. The price clearly states 172.83 for my item incl the 10% off and expedited shipping. I got charged 192.81 by paypal. Their website says at the bottom Store Info and has a USA address so I thought it was coming from thete. Now i see the tracking link shows item is coming from CHINA. So now guess what, I got a msg from DHL wanting $21 in duty. I would never buy an item outside Canada!/USA and I see Hismith is doing this to their UK customers too.

This Hismith premium machine is a great machine. Works great in many positions, can satisfy male or female in many ways. We both love it. Customer service was great, answering many questions immediately.

Rule#1: AVOID Rule#2: Always follow Rule # 1 Rule#3: Don't break the rules. If you follow my quick rule book you will be just fine, if not expect poor customer service. I am always now very wary of UK websites with foreign connections, clearly they are NOT in the UK so really therefore should not be giving that impression with a UK website and trading as though they are in the UK, a UK law needs to be implemented to stop this practice. I have a seen a lot of blatant fake glowing reviews about this company so do your own reasearch before you part with money. Abismal customer service, as mentioned in other reviews, they seem all smiles pre-order then the minute an order is placed the tables turn to basically complete ignorance. The problem here with this and other companies operating in the far east is when everything is ok there is no problem, the minute a fault develops and the consumer may have to return the item the cost escalates from a cheap buy to a costly mistake. Do yourself a favour, pay more for it from a UK seller and have peace of mind you are covered. You will just waste time, get annoyed etc at trying to deal with these people - they know full well they are out of reach and can hide as long as they like till your patience runs out and you just give up. Hello - to add to your comments below, you must have me mistaken me with someone else, it was my partner who dealt with you a couple of months ago - I merely witnessed the whole episode and wrote this on her behalf. I ordered a new vibrator for my wife, she has had a few toys but nothing has ever set her off like the G Spot Vibrating Dildo Vibrator from Hismith. Unfortunately the on/off switch failed after only a few uses. Hismith customer service was exceptional! No trouble whatsoever, they verified the failure and immediately shipped a new replacement product. Great Customer service ! Special thanks to Edwin, his follow up was immediate, allowing for the time difference.

Terrible customer service..no email returned.. not able to chat..no tracking# , nothing took my money and nothing else.. they suck... update: just received my item..it comes from China..I got 0 communication from them since purchased to now..I sent them many emails..none returned.. purchase at your own risk... update: after not getting an email reply, or chat. I did receive my order.

I am deeply disappointed by their customer service. It’s slow, unhelpful & poor. I’ve contacted them on numerous occasions about being refunded for an item I purchased. I spent a lot of money so I expected the curtesy of receiving quality customer service but I was wrong. The message I got back made absolutely no sense (I think it was an English translation) & didn’t explain how to go about returning the item. I’m greatly dissatisfied and will not be purchasing from them again. When it comes down to it, a company is nothing without good customer service.

They publish fake advertisements on the internet. When you complain they just lie. Bunch of cheaters

These guys are awesome... I bought some parts for my machine but the parts needed a adapter that I forgot to get. They emailed me back and threw the adapter in free because they realized I screwed up. This is what you call customer service. 👍🏻

I had one small problem battery was dead and the remote control replaced it in this thing works great. When together super easy.. I advise anybody to buy the spring attachment makes things a lot easier. I will add more to this for you later when I get to use with my girlfriend this weekend.... I think is going to be a lot of fun and I hope it's the best she ever had.... For the woman gotta be like having sex with Superman if you ever had a dream about that!

Guys I’ve been on email for the last couple of days trying to resolve my issue they keep giving me false promises I was giving a Royal Mail dispatch number they told me my item was on its way Royal mail has told me the item hasn’t even been scanned as dispatched yet they’ve been lying so if your item does not come which I doubt it will don’t be surprised people When you give them good questions to answer about their self they get a little nasty if you like to put it but if you ask them about another item they’re so cute and nice and helpful because they think they’re getting more money out of you I have no issue spending money with people my issue is when people lie to me about my item why can’t they just say it will be here in two weeks end of story rather than tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow definitely next time I will be purchasing from a good resource You think you’re doing good by trying to save 10 £20 the stress alone is not worth it I feel so stressed out about this
