Started off great then I had a problem with the car and then resolved the issue straight away

After being in an accident that wasn’t my fault I got a call from spectra explaining how they would handle the case and deal with every aspect of it including sorting out a hire vehicle on the same day! Obviously getting the call out of the blue rings alarm bells but after speaking with them you know they are legit. Staff are really friendly to talk to. My vehicle was written off so the insurers had to pay the value of the van, spectra handled all this side of things and kept me up to date. Took a little while to receive payment but other than that I was so please I went with them and didn’t have to deal with any stress

I had someone hit my car when it was parked up outside my house I dealt with a man called Adam plant to when above and beyond to make sure I have a courtesy car to me with in 24hr and my car was taking away to be looked at for the damage he also kept in touch with me regular to keep me up dated on the the status of my car if I had an questions he was more than happy to help and if he couldn’t answer them their and then he got back to me within a few hours to answer it none of this waiting for day for someone to help you it ended up in my car being wrote off and they had the money to me for the insurance within a few days of this decision being made would recommend them 100% especially adam who sorted this all out for me
