They were really good and handled my case well. One guy sounded grumpy once, but it was the weekend so he was probably hung over. Still a good service though!

Worse than local back streets garage so expect the unexpected, never had to deal with such ridiculous company how can you scrape someone car without letting them know yet pay out 75%( I spent 3years of my life to pay and build that car for someone so ridiculously to scrap, financial conduct authority needs to check them out looking at past comments this is their style of stilling poor people

Worst experience. I had an accident back in December 2022, the driver who hit me admitted it was his fault, we had a witness saying it was the other drivers fault and a police report, my car was written off, but now it comes time to paying out and spectra have no communication with me. I have sent messages on WhatsApp and I’m just ignored continuously. It feels like I have to pester them to answer, and on the odd times they have replied they have given no information whatsoever. The person I’m speaking to is very rude and acts like I’m bothering her by asking questions. DO NOT let your insurance company push you into going with Spectra. It’s an absolute joke.

Prompt & excellent service with phone calls, emails, video. Finalization re engineers report sent over as soon as done. Hired vehicle excellent and delivered within 1 & half days. Would highly recommend. Suggest people fully empty car at time of accident.. I had a 5 hour round trip journey to retrieve my belongings from where car taken to for storage awaiting engineers report.
