I had excellent service in the very early stages but then it just got worse. No reply from messages left, no reply from emails, telling me there was no manager in when I wanted to complain, then finding out that Liam was the manager when I called a different number and he knew nothing of my complaint. Staff hanging up and being rude. Then because they never told me that when a cat is written off, you are paid short and the rest comes from a salvage company when your car is eventually sold. When they checked that this was true, I wasn't told, they paid me the remaining balance as good will, but not before I had threatened to go to the financial ombudsmen.

Avoid at all costs! They tried to overcharge for a hire car, overcharge for repair costs and charge for storage (with a company also owned by the directors…) which wasn’t needed (as they weren’t chasing the claim or getting on with repairs). Like other users I had a terrible time getting my car back, had to call the police in the end. They ignore emails and calls once they realise you are onto them. They are driving everyones insurance costs up As an update I have since also found out that they claimed money for my repair which they didnt actually do! nearly £5k! They chased and claimed this money off the 3rd party insurers after I cancelled our contract = pure thievery!

It seems very stress free on the phone but the stress of the hire car was a bit annoying with having to provide my financial situation to then prove I needed a hire car in the first place... but the hire car was actually really quite dirty and smelled of sick in the boot. Absolutely lovely drive in the Mercedes but it was just very scratched at the back end of the car and the fuel cap keeps popping out all the time.
