Very pleased with service, replied to emails quickly and courtesy car was excellent. It did seem to take a long time for settlement on my no fault claim even though third party admitted it was their fault right from the beginning. Overall though, very pleased.

I was in a non fault accident and Spectra Drive took care of everything for me. I had a hire car straight away and they had my car taken and stored til it was sorted out.Very good service. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
