Frustrating, misleading and rude

My experience of spectra drive has been remarkably poor throughout. I have at times been provided misleading information by advisors, who then stated that this is not their problem and attempted to charge me for the issue. Their responses to issues have been slow and the entire experience frustrating. On one particular occasion the escalation manager was rude and dismissive. I highly recommend avoiding this company.

Can’t really complain

Staff were helpful and informative and kept me up to date with my claim. Having a contact number you could get through to so easily was good. The process has taken a bit longer than I would have liked, but it started around Christmas and we’ve been doing a lot of waiting for 3rd Party insurers.
