Poor help from support staff

Ordered a Sage oracle jet order tracking was Royal Mail and DHL both were not tracking the order. After many phone calls to support apparently it was sent to DPD however after 6 days they didn’t receive the order. Again many phone calls later nobody could tell me what happened to the order which gave me no alternative but to cancel the order but no timescale on refund.

Ordered the wrong water filter for my…

Ordered the wrong water filter for my Sage Barista Express as I could not find the Batch code printed anywhere on my machine. Karabo in customer service was very helpful and ordered me the correct replacement free of charge. Full marks for customer service: but if you want customers to know the Batch Code have it printed on the machine, and tell customers where it is so they can find it when they need to order spares.

Great overall experience

I had problems trying to pay with a foreign credit card, I called Customer Service and they helped me with that, Carlos was super patient, friendly and followed my case during days until I could pay. Besides that, the Sage Barista Touch Impress is an amazing espresso machine!
