Excellent service

I can't rate this company and their customer service high enough. I ordered the wrong water jug for my coffee machine. I contacted them for help to reorder the right one via the chat function on the website. They not only found the right water jug and ordered it for me, they also didn't charge me anything at all. It arrived today and it's perfect. Thanks so much for all your help

Impecable trato en casos de garantía

Cuándo compré la cafetera Sage Barista Pro sabía que no solamente había comprado una excelente cafetera, sinó que además iba a tener un buen servicio postvenda gracias al equipo de personas que te atienden en caso de posibles defectos, es decir, la garantía. El equipo de profesionales que te atienden en caso de dudas y defectos no podría ser mejor, la atención ha sido impecable por su amabilidad, eficacia, rapidez y recursos ofrecidos. En mi caso la cafetera tenía defecto de fábrica, y des de Sage España me atendieron rápidamente, me cambiaron la cafetera por una nueva y de forma rápida sin ningún tipo de coste para mi. El equipo humano que forman Sage España es espectacular, especialmente Carmen que es quién me ha atendido la mayoría de las veces y quien se hizo cargo de mi caso.

AVOID! lack of customer care or communication.

Following on from my previous review, I called again today to enquire where my order was, still no delivery, totally against Sage appliances terms & conditions. Agent again escalated the case which so far has had no effect. I asked to speak to a manager abd was told they are too busy but will call me back this afternoon, it’s now 16:40 and nothing as yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

"Decided to treat ourselves just after…

"Decided to treat ourselves just after Christmas. Ordered from Amazon and delivered quickly within two days. Set up looked a dawdle however that wasn't allowing for technology that decides to not work. Never got past the initial set up process.Next morning telephoned Sage helpline and after several hours toing and froing, sending videos and pictures, they said it was faulty and they would replace. Great!! However was told they would have to receive the faulty one first before sending a replacement. Complained as we hadn't even had a cup of coffee from the machine yet- but she was adamant! After two days hadn't heard anything and rang again, nothing had been done so a helpful chap sorted and arranged collection. Arranged the collection docs via the link and then another email arrived stating that if we were willing to have a hold on our c card they would do a swap on the doorstep and release the hold once the faulty machine was received back at base. ?? If only that email had arrived ten mins earlier!! However this one on setup was a dawdle, straight forward and making a coffee within about 15 minutes. Amazing! The next hurdle was teaching hubby how to make this supposedly super easy coffee machine deliver our morning coffees. He made one cup of coffee and said he'd got it! Next morning 7am a beautiful cup of coffee delivered to my sleepy bedside. That about says it all for ease of use. I am getting to grips with the settings for customisation etc but haven't really had the time to properly sit down and play with it but don't expect that to be a problem. The automatic setting for frothy milk is great and we are VERY happy with the machine. The problems at the start which were very frustrating were eventually dealt with properly and the replacement machine was actually delivered the day after the faulty one was collected - fantastic given that I was led to believe it could take a week! #Five stars despite the original setbacks because customer service delivered."
