Meine Standmixer funktionierte nicht mehr, er war schon vier Jahre alt und damit keine Garantie mehr. Mir wurde der Mixer trotzdem durch einen neuen ersetzt. Einfach wau. Generell war das Service extrem kompetent. Danke dafür.

Had an issue where my coffee machine was making loud noises and not pulling water through consistently. Support asked me to send videos and identified it as a limescale buildup and suggested I ran the descaling process 4 times to clear it. Without prompting they also sent me out a pack of descaling solution for no charge which was a nice touch. Their solution worked and the machine is back to normal. They also provided some helpful advice on maintenance schedules in hard water areas to prevent this in the future. Can’t fault the support I received.

Good products and in my case, good service too. The grinder on my Oracle Jet was defective. After a few emails, it will now be replaced. Products can contain errors, they are made by people...so the service has to be good. That was the case with me.
