Le SAV m'a proposé de me rappeler car l'attente en ligne aurait été trop longue. La personne qui m'a appelé était très claire dans ses propos et ses explications. Les échanges de mail sont également irréprochables. Ils indiquent clairement quels sont les tests à effectuer les démarches à accomplir. Résultat: là ou une autre entreprise vous aurait demandé d'expédier votre machine, celle-ci fait son possible pour éviter l'envoi au SAV en préconisant nettoyage et détartrage.Bravo! et merci.

High quality coffee machines and great customer service. The handlebar of the water tank of my machine broke down after six months. Customer service took the time to assist me going to their process and sent a new water tank within 5 days. Really appreciate their professionalism.

After I myself broke the water tank just after my purchase Sage sent out a replacement. And with carefull communication, even a ring to hear if everything arrived in order. That was really kind and involved, top service!

Very, very disappointing

Very, very disappointing product quality and after care customer service. I purchased a Sage Creatista Pro Nespresso coffee machine for £580 in May 2024. It worked fine for 5 months until it developed a fault where it got stuck in descaling mode. I called Nespresso who acknowledged the fault but rather than replace the machine said they would only send it for repair. This meant I was without a coffee machine for about 2 weeks. Fast forward 2 months and the exact same fault occurred. When I called Nespresso and insisted on a replacement machine this time, they again refused and to add insult they even made the unfounded and false accusation that the fault was due to my lack of maintenance. At this point I contacted Sage who just washed their hands of the issue entirely saying it was for Nespresso to resolve. So again I was without my £580 and less than a year old coffee machine for about 2 weeks. As a last result (and with low expectation) I contacted Amazon from whom I purchased the coffee machine. To my surprise Amazon offered me a full refund. So kudos to Amazon and shame on Nespresso and Sage.

Sage bruger Witt som service partner for deres serviceforpligtigelser indenfor garanti. Og det er desværre en helt forfærdelig oplevelsen. Det er totalt umuligt at komme igennem til deres service, da deres telefon robot nummer karusel ikke kan komme i kontakt med Witt. Jeg endte med at sige jeg var forhandler, men kom stadig ikke igennem til nogen som kunne hjælpe. Fakta er at jeg nu har haft en rep. i gang på en SAGE Dual boiler og ikke har hørt noget som helst i 17 dage, på trods af at de lover at give løbende status. Jeg har skrevet 2 gange for at høre om status på I189382, men intet hørt. Det er noget som desværre trækker voldsomt ned ift. min oplevelse af at eje en SAGE. Efter jeg skrev herinde gik der en time, så var der en pakke registreret i GLS. Og jeg fik den dagen efter. Jeg opdatere derfor min score fra 1 til 3, da SAGE ser ud at have gjort en forskel. Men det burde ikke være kommet helt hertil.
