Wardrobes arrived on a scheduled day. Delivery driver called me 30mins earlier to confirm time of his arrival. All parts came properly packed with extra cardboard covering all edges. Every single part was clearly marked and installation was very simple. I paid very fair price for great quality product. Thank you Online Bedrooms and thank you Amy for your help with design.

So happy with the wardrobes, love the colour and the quality. Overall I’m very happy. Would have been a 5 star if the instructions weren’t so poor. I consider myself to be pretty switched on and as a plumber for 20 years I am fairly competent but it was a nightmare to put together. Once you have done it, the wardrobes are fairly easy, you just need to match all the numbers and I think a second time around I could build a 4 door wardrobe with someone else in 2/3 hours. I also purchased a walk in closet consisting of a L shape. The instructions were next to useless and this led to hours and hours of time trying to work it all out. Putting it together and then realising you have to take it all apart again. Very frustrating. Overall, as others have said, instructions are poor and it’s very time consuming. It took 2 people around 21 hours to build both a 4 door wardrobe and the L shape piece. This is mainly down to the abysmal instructions it comes with. They are that bad that I think I would have done a better job in writing them. Once these have a re write with some decent images then I think there will be far less to complain about. If you can cope with lots of swearing and you have the time to build them, go for it. End product is excellent and I’m extremely happy.

Came across online bedrooms when I was browsing for built in wardrobes. I did a quick plan and they contacted me with a price very quickly.they are so much cheaper than the big fitted wardrobe names out there. The wardrobes arrived well packaged, we spent a day installing, and we are so pleased. They will last forever.

Very good quality let down slightly by some missing screws and some slightly scant assembly instructions. Overall, very pleased with the finished wardrobes.

From the very beginning the process was straight forward. Everything is clearly explained on Online Bedrooms website. From making your measurements, to choosing your styles, to fitting instructions. You submit your measurements, and a real person makes comtact and proceeds to provide you with designs and all manor of insights and suggestions - which is great of you hadn't quite thought everything through. The manufacturing process takes a few weeks, but I was kept in the loop throughout. Text messages about delivery dates and a phone call from the delivery driver was gratefully recieved. Watch the online videos and you will have no problems installing your own wardrobes. You won't even need a joiner if you're competent with a screwdriver.

Unfortunately the installer who was booked fell ill on the planned day of installation of our fitted wardrobes. Online Bedrooms went out of their way to locate an alternative installer who was willing to complete the job on a Sunday. The installer was exceptional; incredibly personable, professional and kept us informed throughout. They went above and beyond by working through to 8.45pm to ensure the installation was completed that day.

What can I say thank you my wardrobes have just been fitted and they look wonderful The whole process has been smooth from design ordering delivery and my fitter was so impressed with the quality of the product
