I would not hesitate to recommend online bedrooms. After getting a quote from a local company to supply and fit that was in excess of £6000, with help from Online bedrooms we've completed the job for under £2,500 assembling the furniture ourselves. From sending through my rough drawings and dealing with the quote through to delivery they have been excellent. Their communications are timely, their responses quick and the wardrobes are well made and well packaged. We were missing a couple of items and I quickly received an apology although it was unnecessary, and the missing items were couriered at a date that suited me. I'd particularly like to thank Kayleigh for all her help.

Having refurbished a flat in Central London I sought a professional company to provide furniture for a dressing room I had built. With the ability to provide an online template, and provide bespoke sizing I chose Online Bedrooms and was thrilled with the outcome. The ordering process and delivery schedule was exactly as promised. More importantly, the fittings themselves were to the highest standard and look perfect within the dressing room. I would without reservation recommend Online Bedrooms.

Great company. Great product. Fairly easy to install. Finished product looks great and I’m really impressed with the wardrobe hinges, amazing engineering. A couple of screws missing in the kit and wrong length hangars, after speaking to Kayleigh they were with me in 2 days. Would give 5/5 if I didn’t have to chase for delivery date. All in all though, apart from the last, I’m super chuffed with the wardrobe at a great price and quality. 👊🏻👍

Starting with positive feedback the website, designer and phone contacts were all efficient and polite. Unfortunately where it went wrong was as follows: 1. The advisory delivery date preceded the actual delivery date by 10 days which made scheduling a carpenter tricky. 2. The wrong construction manuals were delivered, resulting in time wasted by my carpenter in trying to make sense of what we had been sent. 3. The packages were incorrectly labelled which wasted more time unpacking everything, a task difficult unless you have a large clean garage or spacious house. 3. There were a number of missing items which delayed by another week the construction of the bedroom furniture, waiting for them to be delivered. 4. Excess items were left over either because of the incorrect packaging resulting in hidden items or because they were actually missing. Whilst I like the final product I had to pay my very experienced carpenter 5 extra days of labour. Good luck with your order

I was impressed, VERY impressed, with the ordering process - especially the template given for measuring for the corner wardrobe that I wanted. The communication from the team was spot on and explained everything I needed to know - answering any questions I posed. The delivery process was also seamless. Contact was made in advance and I was amazed to see every part wrapped (almost) individually and an A4 label on the front of the package letting us know what was inside. The individual components were also clearly labelled. We had a slight issue in that a pack of levellers were missing but we managed without these (we are in a new-build so was easy to level). The ONLY downside, and my reason for dropping one star, was the instructions (as advised) are very generic. We had instructions for the standard parts of the wardrobe and separate instructions for the corner module but it was difficult to work out when to go back to one and the other in order to be able to put them together. My only advice would be for this relatively new company to maybe spend a little more time on the instructions as this would greatly help. My handyman was a little confused between the two sets of instructions and it did take about 8-9 hours to get the whole wardrobe put together. But my wardrobes are beautiful. They are solid and beautiful quality and I am so pleased. Photos available.

Top service from start to finish. Customer Services were prompt in answering any questions I had. The flat packs come well identified so there was no problem putting the wardrobes together. They look lovely and we’re really pleased with them. Would have no hesitation in recommending Online Bedrooms.

From initial discussions with online bedrooms they were really helpful and were able to send cad drawings of my wardrobe and pictures of similar wardrobes prior to ordering which allowed me to tweak the design. The wardrobe arrived around 3 weeks after ordering. Assembly was simple and straightforward if you like a DIY project, all parts were clearly numbered and nothing was missing!
