The survey was conducted promptly and a detailed report was provided within a few days followed by a phone call from the surveyor to discuss the findings and answer any questions.

Fantastic experience with Pinnacle Surveyors! The team were very helpful, informative and prompt ( they carried out the survey within a week of instruction). As a first time buyer they really took the time to explain how it works to me to ensure I understood everything, which was invaluable. Brilliant survey and process. I was kept up to date with the process and when the survey would be carried out. Once this had been completed, I received a phone call to discuss this and make sure I was clear on everything, and if I have any questions.

Appointment was arranged with no issues. Report was carried out and sent to me within a couple of days. Report is easy to read and colour coded to make it easier to see any potential issues. Surveyor also followed up with a call to answer any questions.
