There is no option of a 0 STAR. And this company does not get any better. When my mortgage provider assigned Pinnacle i was sure this would now fall over the place and i called Mortgage company but unfortunately its a policy as per them to use Pinnacle. They are rude people, they just read zoopla and that too not properly, They dont understand Shared ownership properties, without parking properties, 3 BED with one bathroom, 2 BED with extra Utility. They will go to the last sold and then undervalue it. they did undervalue mine by 80000 GBP and what a shame and shameless agents and company they are. I would put a name of who did a survey and his no over here, i am just consulting with Ombudsman. Shame dear surveryor you just put one more family into trouble.
