Pinnacle - highly recommend
We had a really positive experience with Pinnacle. After filling in an online query they were quick to get in touch with us, providing a quote and further information. The surveyor, Sam, then visited our property a few days later to complete the level 2 survey and we were very impressed with his efficiency when we received the survey report the following day. The report was detailed and comprehensive and the follow up phone call from Sam was extremely helpful in terms of understanding some of the things raised in greater depth.

Ed was brilliant, did a thorough check and found a few problems that I wouldn’t have known about if I hadn’t had the level 2 survey. Even though it is a new build I would never have known about the roof problems or the bi-fold doors that should never be made of upvc. Thanks Ed.

Great experience
The booking part was so simple and I was given a choice of dates for the survey. I was then given a time slot a day or two before the survey was complete. The surveyor (Wayne McIntyre) was great, I had my little boy in the house at the time and it wasn’t a problem at all. He was kind and we got it all done fairly quick. I then got my results of the survey back incredibly quickly which meant I could push along the payback of Help to Buy loan with Target.
Good company, but pushed the timescales to the limit
Quality of survey and their customer service levels are really good. Where I got let down was the timescales, the survey took a while to get booked in, and then it was 5 days before I received the report. When receiving the report you get told the surveyor will call you to discuss further soon. It ended up a few weeks later. 4/5, due to timing issues.
