They will say they aren’t a scam company and blame the pandemic and brexit. All lies they are a scam and they’ve no intention of giving you your order as it doesn’t exist.

I ordered a chest freezer at the beginning of April. I’d been waiting for 2 and half months received nothing. The main excuse used was due to Covid we are not delivering at present, then we will deliver on such a date and so on. So, I’ve decided that I had enough and asked for a full refund. Refund policy states 10-14 days ( not including weekend) and if busy could take up to 21 days. This is ridiculous, most companies will refund your money in 10 days or so. So, let’s see what happens but I am very disappointment with their customer service!!!

Disgusted by this firm & I've been left in tears. Not only do I not get the washing machine I ordered 2 months ago, I had to ring up to find out they now don't have my washing machine on stock after ordering it on my 22nd may. I now have to wait 21 days for my refund, disgusting!! I don't have much hope on getting it either !! Never ever use this company. Also the staff are terrible!!!

Don’t bother
Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. I desperately needed a new cooker, as mine is longer working and I am struggling to cook. They had decent prices and I placed an order on the 9th June. I received a confirmation email stating that delivery will be within 10-14 working days. After 14 days I phoned the company to enquire about delivery and they stated that this product wasn’t in stock and it will take a further 4 WEEKS. They didn’t even bother to notify me of this at all, until I phoned them after 14 days, and I’m already stranded, unable to cook. I cancelled the order immediately because I need a new cooker and it’s now urgent. It’s been 9 days since I cancelled the order and I still haven’t received a refund so I can’t even purchase a new one. I have children and being without a cooker is astonishingly crippling. This company have made the situation worse and if I used common sense and checked the reviews earlier, I could have ordered from a different supplier and would actually be able to cook right now! I understand that there are supply issues and delays, which probably cannot be helped in the current climate but this wasn’t made clear at all. They must express this very clearly instead of messing customers around. Edit: I did eventually get through on the phone and expressed the urgency of my refund and the staff member I spoke to was kind and sympathetic and said that she would email another member and express the urgency of the situation. I will update when I receive a refund.

shocking. wish I had read reviews before dealing with this company. Purchased chest freezer May 2021 -have emailed twice (no replies) phoned 3 times and was fobbed off with 'problems with despatch'. Now over 6 weeks later I have cancelled order, only to be told refund may take up to a further 3 weeks!!

Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered and paid for a chest freezer April 24, they claimed it would be in stock for delivery early May. May 7, I am calling for an update. promised they would have it in stock in two days, THREE days later, they still promised delivery, except by May 17, May 19 they claimed all back orders had been allocated, but still wouldn't confirm delivery date ? Requested to cancel the order, promised refund 3- 5 days. After several calls and emails they continued to ignore. We eventually got the full refund THREE months after it had been ordered and paid for. Shocking doesn't come close!! Then, they give me an attempt for an apology, stating the Brexit / stock caused shortages. The complaint wasn’t about stock delays . The issue was the appalling delay in responding to emails and my refund. Nothing to do with brexit / Covid.
