Phantom cooker and no refund
We ordered a Bosch hob which appeared to be in stock. They delayed and delayed the delivery, nice people but many many broken promises. Finally asked for a refund. Advised it would take three weeks (why?). Three weeks later and no sign of our money. Rang again and was told that they would refund on the 26th of May. Money hasn't arrived. Terrible. Just don't use them whatever they advertise and whatever they reply to this review.

I had a 2 week wait for a cooker called the day before delivery because still had no delivery confirmation email and they tell me it wasn’t in stock now so I cancelled the order and I’m currently waiting for a refund 3 weeks later, so they’ve basically had my money for 5 weeks. Literally worst company I’ve ever brought anything from ever.

Dates given when it's going to be delivered, date comes more excuses and still no product.and NO refund READ REVIEWS think company is a SCAM In reply..... Only think you have to look at the reviews I am not the only one that's suffered at the end of your practice I wish I had read first

Poor - would not recommend Ordered a slimline dishwasher back March for April delivery and paid money, delivery kept getting pushed back month after month, now back to august but that has just changed from July, prices are lower than most on google but maybe that’s just to get you on their site. Phoned and offered a replacement but no email or call back, phoned again and it’s as if I’ve phone for the first time....crap, I’ve now sent cancellation email and will see how that goes...watch this space!!

Ordered a chest freezer in march, i sent numerous emails, i got 1 email back making up excuses, no communication at all i got my money back by phoning my bank do not wait for there refund, because u wont get one!! Contact ur bank straight away..... i see you have replied with lies to my review!! I emailed 4 weeks ago to be told they had my item in the wearhouse waiting for dispatch and to give them a few more days so it had nothing to do with not having them in stock!!! Thats every excuse find a new one and stop talking utter crap!! And refund your customers when asked!!

I ORDED A CHEST FREEZER ON 2ND FEB THIS YEAR. Every time i phoned them to ask when is delivery and each time they said 2 weeks this has been going on for months. I have got to the stage and asked for my money back.

No stars don't waste your time or money with this company! Absolute joke! Trading standards and solicitors are getting involved as, as soon as I placed my order they took my money cancelled the order due to long wait times now telling me I have to wait 21 working days for MY money back! Fraud, con artist what ever you want to call them stay away at all costs!

Ordered fridge freezer in January never received this kept getting told it was due to be dispatched asked to cancel and for refund told 10 to 14 days now surpassed that and been told could be June 10th that refund will be issued so that will be 6 months of being fobbed off and now withholding my money and unhelpful staff and all generic response emails

Do not recommend!!!! Avoid - I have been waiting nearly a month for a refund. Nobody replies to emails, told I will be called back and never get anything. I was told that the accountant was in a meeting and they would get back to me with an update. I just want my money back please, it is not yours!
Disgusting customer servise
Disgusting customer servise. It was a preorder that they didn't state. It's been over 1 month since the dolivery was supposed to arrive and over 2 months since ordering. They blame the couriers and accept no responsibility, all they do is pressure you to cancel. I run a business and I was in desperate need of a freezer every week is loss of earning and all they say is wait to weeks or cancel and still don't deliver. I highly recomend avoiding them at all costs if you want to actually receive the item you purchase
