5 months and nothing

Ordered a deep freezer from them back in February. After months of saying they've got it in stock and will be sent out soon, they stopped replying to emails or answering the phone. I still haven't received anything 5 months after ordering. Obviously a bit of a scam company They have told me in their reply to email customer service. I have done this multiple times recently and not got a reply. They know my order number form this review but obviously have no interest in completing the order. Absolute scam!

6 weeks after I order my washing…

6 weeks after I order my washing machine I still hadn’t received it so called for an update and got through to Jenny. Jenny was very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my issue she informed me that there’d been an unfortunate delay and then laid out my options of a different machine or refund after a few calls and emails she helped me to find an alternative which did cost a little more but it’s a higher end machine and she also help with a little discount on the whole I’m very pleased with my experience and I was made to feel like a valued customer even though this is my first purchase from them.

Shocking

I've been waiting 5 months for a freezer that was supposed to arrive in March..... As a business owner myself I understand the impact brexit and covid has had on companies and I've been extremely patient and understanding, however the customer service from this company is absolutely shocking. No updates are ever given unless you ring and email to chase up, calls are only answered half of the time and emails take days for a response. Instead of being honest and saying 'we are still having issues with this product, you need to expect a long delay and we can't guarantee how long it will be', this company constantly lie and tell you you'll be receiving your order next week or on a specific date, and then that date comes and you hear nothing. I am sympathetic to a company having a difficult time, however I am not sympathetic to a company that repeatedly bare-faced lie to their customers. Honesty costs nothing. I would advise everybody to avoid this company. Yes the products are very cheap but as the saying goes, if something looks to good to be true it probably is.

Been waiting 3 months for my order

Been waiting 3 months for my order. The staff are so rude it’s unreal. Keep putting the phone down when I try to chase my order. Spoke the manager who said it’s time for her lunch break and put the phone down

Ordered 2 freezer in January still…

Ordered 2 freezer in January still waiting, been told about of lies about when it is coming even to the point off well some parts are from China some from Europe so cant quite understand why they are selling things that aint even made yet especially as they keep using the covid excuse why things haven't turned up so why don't they put a limit to once they have them, apparently I am ment to hear back from a courier as there now in the building as they received them a 6weeks ago but they haven't got back to me and now all of a sudden there call backs are not making the 24hour or at all for that matter and can't get through to anyone, I dont no how they even have 3star reviews as this company is very disappointing just waiting now to see if they will refund me which I highly doubt they will

Still waiting for my refund - very bad experience

Such awful customer experience. Ordered dishwasher in April, I chased up delivery 3 wks later to discover they couldn’t deliver until July….. I therefore asked for a refund… I’m still waiting for my money back in mid-June! No one picks up the phone and empty promises via email. Please refund my money!

I placed an order for chest freezer I was told I will revive it in a months time. After 4 weeks I called numerous times I was told order not here there has been a delay. Then order here you will receive an email for delivery. After 6/7 weeks I asked to cancel my order and for a refund. It has been 3 weeks and still not received my money back! I call them they apologised said someone will get back to you no one ever did. Now I call it automatically goes to answer phone saying they have a high volume of calls email them. I’m not surprised as such disgusting service or shall I say no goods. I have now emailed and I got a response that I will get my refund in 3 to 5 days but I doubt I will. I’m not giving them my hard earned money I will fight. I will urge people do not purchase anything from them you will not get your goods and they will try there best not to refund you!!!

Poor customer service still waiting for a refund since the 5th May, customer service number is non existent just get the same message no mater what time you call

Wish I had read the reviews before…

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered chest freezer in march, was told various dates for delivery but still waiting. Tried phoning today, no answer could leave message or email, I've done both but not holding out much hope. Blaming Brexit and covid is a poor excuse!!! Thank you for your reply but we received an update telling us the freezer was in warehouse and waiting quarantine due to covid. Then another update saying it will be delivered in may, but still waiting. If it wasnt in stock due to covid as you have just pointed out why was we told it was waiting to be delivered. Just another excuse. The latest is we'll have a delivery date in 48hrs. I'm not holding my breath but will update in 48hrs!!! 6 days later and still no freezer, was told we'd have delivery date soon. Been back in touch and now have guaranteed delivery in 10 days!!
