My appliance was delivered on time and as promised. I was kept informed of delivery dates and the price was good. I would definitely buy again from here.

Last Thursday our American Fridge/Freezer finally arrived after waiting some months, yes its very frustrating when you feel communicating with Appliance Group has no real impact on when your order is going to arrive. We already had a fridge/freezer so weren't really bothered about a few weeks initially as the savings out weighed the time scale, reading reviews on here didn't help and we have total sympathy with reviews left. But i was determined to see it through to the end and got through to Alisha (Manager) and Holly (Customer Care) and things changed when i asked for an alternative to our order, Alisha & Holly within 2 weeks had sent through a choice, we had a better specification, saved more money, rang and received emails. This will not help possibly some whom have had bad experiences but with many new companies setting up and the challenge of the recent year I'll admit i was worried and almost got to the point of cancelling. But seeing the positive out of the many negatives id really like to thank Alisha and Holly for their help, communication and support and commitment. Lets hope things get better for everyone buying from this supplier.

I ordered a £300 Bosch integrated microwave but they completely failed to deliver it and converted the order into a refund. Today, 25 days after paying them, I called to be told that NOTHING they do is faster than 14 WORKING DAYS and that my refund is in the diary to be processed on the 14th WORKING DAY because, allegedly, "that's how all companies operate"... Really? They have my money, the order still says "awaiting fulfillment" and they have no intention of actually sending anything or refunding money until some future date to be determined whenever they feel like it 🤬 *Update: I called today further to their response to my TrustPilot review and, when they - of course - said that today is not the last day upon which they'd promised a refund (and despite their response to this TrustPilot review being to 'contact them in order to get it processed ASAP'), the call centre agent said she wasn't obliged to refund it today and, when I said I am disabled and can't afford to just give them £300 for 4 weeks, she mocked me by saying "oh, funny, that's handy"... a new low for this TERRIBLE company.

Been waiting since December 2020 for my order it’s now May 21 and they haven’t made any attempts to contact me and every time I’ve contacted them it’s been oh you will hear next week... nothing!!!! Disgraceful! Now we are a well over a month since we requested a refund and they say 5-7 days, still no refund!!!!! Will be taking to small claims court!

I really hate this company they’ve made my move into my new place so dreadful having no appliances and waiting on them to deliver my things from March 2021 it’s now may I’ve been calling everyday I feel lied too and conned I’m seeking legal advice because this can’t seem right they need to be shut down I want my money back!!!! Stay very far away from them and I’m sure it’s probably they’re staff that have written the good reviews 100%. don’t make a company if you can’t live up to what you promise your customers pure scumbags 😡😡😡

I placed an order for a chest freezer on the 4th April 2021 and had my receipt of purchase via email, but no delivery date from them. I waited for 4 weeks and still not a single communication from them. I decided to contact the company the following day to be told that they were waiting for stock and I would hear from them later on that week with a delivery date. 2 weeks have since passed and still I heard nothing, so I phoned again on the 8th May to be told again that I would hear from them sometime this week. Yet again I still haven't heard anything in almost 6 weeks. An absolute joke of a company who can't even contact its customers to keep them updated. Quite happy to take money from you though and expect you to wait for your goods. I would Stay away from this company.

This company takes weeks to process orders; I have now been waiting weeks for a microwave, and I have still no idea when it arrives. Better order elsewhere.

I ordered and paid for a freezer on the 22nd of February, I did know it was due for delivery the middle of March. At that time I had a phone call saying there was a delay due the pandemic and the freezers wouldn't be delivered until the week commencing the 19th of April. I said I could wait. That date came and went so I waited until the 30th. I phoned and was told the freezers were being processed through the warehouse and someone would call me on the Tuesday 4th or Wednesday 5th of May because of it being the bank holiday weekend. She also said if I don't hear by the Wednesday call back and they would sort it out. I called back on the 6th and they were supposedly looking into it and call me back. No call. I called on Friday the 7th. The girl told me once again the freezers were being processed and somebody would call me on the 10th or 11th. I told her I'd been told that the week before. My patience was running out so I cancelled the order. I also had to email the cancellation department and apparently they can't refund a debit card they want bank details which I'm reluctant to give. 😡😡😡😡. Three months one call no freezer and no refund as yet. Steer well clear. Not a good company to deal with.

Ordered a freezer from these on 9th April 2021 still waiting delivery on 10th May 2021 recieved voice message on 29th April saying freezers were being dispatched to customers person who left message was called Dominic.called on 10 May asking about delivery was told i was talking to wrong department needed to talk to freezer department i asked if the person i was talking to was Dominic he replied he was i then asked if he did not deal with freezers why did he leave me a message on 29th April at 16.40 pm regarding my freezer? Was told i would be contacted soon.Phoned them today 14 may 2021 was told freezer was ready to be delivered. I told them that is the 3rd time in 4 weeks they have said that.Asked to cancel my order was told i needed to speak to cancellation manager was put on hold for 15 minutes..as soon as i was connected they hung up rung again straightaway was told they were sorry i was disconnected i asked to speak to manager was told i could not because manager was in a meeting have been sent an email saying that if i wish to cancel my order and get a refund i must apply online have done that recieved answer saying the matter will be dealt with in 15 working days PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OR HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS SHAMBOLIC COMPANY i cancelled my order and 4 weeks later im still waiting for my refund...was phoned on 8th june asking if rather than refund my money they would give me a £200 credit note to purchase equipment from them i refused demanding a full refund its the 17th of June now and im still waiting for my refund have just spoken to them and my refund has not been actioned yet after me requesting it several weeks ago

I brought a chest freezer from this company at the beginning of February 2021 and I've still not received it. It was promised delivery within a few weeks but March came and so did the deadline. I called them up only too be told they had issues with the manufacturer and that I should wait as they expected a warehouse delivery shortly. A couple of weeks later I called again and I got the same excuse only this time apparently it was due too covid 19, (that old chestnut), I was then told in another phone call that my chest freezer would be in there warehouse 19th April and would be delivered within a week to 10days . Again this never happened so once again a called them up and complained bitterly, I was told I would be contacted within 72hours directly by their delivery department to let me know exactly when I would get my freezer, I never got a call. After a week I called again to make a serious complaint and asked too speak with a supervisor, I even explained too them that this item I was waiting for had been ordered for an elderly lady with a serious heart complaint and also had cancer and as such was vulnerable and confined to her home. They couldn't even tell where my order was let alone when it would be delivered. After almost 3 months of waiting fed up and exasperated by their lies, excuses and consistent unbelievable answers to simple questions I ask to speak with a senior manager, at first I was told there were none available, then told none in the office today, finally after some time of refusing to let the issue slide I was told a manager had just come in the office...really! After telling this so called manageress the full story going back weeks and months I was told bluntly there was NOTHING she could do, I even suggested she call the delivery department and ask them where my product was, apparently she is unable to do that. I asked if she could put me through or give me a number but apparently they can't do that either. So again exasperated and exhausted by it all I asked for my monies back immediately to which I was told I would need to email there refund department my details which of course they already had,the same details they ask for and already know every time you ring them ?. So I sent two emails one with my details on and a second with a formal reason for cancellation plus again my details. I got back a reply stating that once my refund had been sorted they would be in touch. One day later I got another email saying there was a technical problem with my refund and couldn't refund my monies back to visa which apparently every other known company in the UK can do as a simple process except or course appliancegroup.com. They now want my personal banking details Apparently so as to refund me, I use a credit card for the extact reason so as not to give out my personal bank details of a debit card. Do not under any circumstances deal with this at best dodgy company. I am now in the process of making a formal complaint to the trading standards office /ombudsman. As for the monies owed too me by appliance group that will probably be raised with visa/bank.
