RUN WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Placed an order in Feb2021 saying that delivery would be 1-2 weeks After a week I was told it would be 4-6 weeks with no offer of my money back. I decide to wait for this. To cut a very long story short its now May 2021 and I am still without my appliance and over £400 down. They've promised me my money back on 4 separate occasions but the money as not been put in my account on the dates said, This Friday May7th 2021 being the last one. Rang them Saturday and they got really snotty with me telling me to ring back Monday when accounts are back, telling me only sales open at weekends. PLEASE do not give this company your money you wont se your appliance or cash ever again.

What a complete shambles! Ordered a fridge freezer, advised 10 - 14 days for delivery. This was February 2021, no delivery and chased up to see what the hold up was advised another 10 days. Waited and again no delivery, chased up and again another 10 days. Advised wasn't happy and to cancel order and return monies back to card. They apparently can't do this so had to call and re provide the account details. Was advised 14 WORKING days for a BACS refund, (BACS is normally 3- 5 days) now sitting on working day 19 (Thursday) and still no refund. Called and asked why... apparently the lady was off ill for a week and now will have to wait until Monday. Complaint sent to trading standards as this is an utter joke. Always an excuse and no recourse if no refund arrives then will look to legal course. Joke part is in there T and C's it stated return and refunds 3-5 working days! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

scam company, website says they are opening over 30 stores across the country but when i called the girl on the phone said they were a new company and no plans to open any stores. prices too cheap to be true. did a credit check on them and came out very poor dont trust them!

Do not buy any product from this company and they do not seem like seem genuine company. I order the dishwasher and once I ordered they said they can only deliver in June, I order in March, it is not possible for me to wait so long. I asked them to refund my money back. They said to take two, however, not been done and it has gone past two weeks. Now, not answering the phone. I will not recommend it to anybody.

Been approximately 10 days since I reported my fridge freezer to be faulty. I bought this only 2 months ago! Been told an engineer will phone me up but never get a phone call. I get passed to a third party repair company who cut you off everytime you phone them! Having researched this company, it would appear the director known as Rebecca Anne Beasley runs the company. Another entity known as KGD Ltd have an interest who are based in Hong Kong. Appears to be one big sham of a company which I intend to investigate and report to the authorities over the mishandling of their warranty promises. Will also be reporting to the BBC and other social media platforms.

We bought a cooker online in December, estimated delivery was Jan - Feb. In March we had to phone them to ask when was the cooker was going to be delivered. They said they will look into it and contact us. We got an email saying estimated delivery would now be June. As we can't wait that long we decided to cancelled the order. We still hasn't received the money back and it's now almost May. We have now contacted the bank to try and get them to chargeback the money, as we paid by debit card.

DO NOT buy anything from this company. I too have suffered the same treatment as below . When I phoned to order all I could hear was this riotous party in the background with people shouting , swearing etc . I don’t expect my money back. I would and intend to call the police as this is clearly fraud on a mass scale. DO NOT be duped by cheap prices as unfortunately I and many others have been. Shame on this company. Any positive reviews are likely to be false or from staff under pressure . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered a freezer months ago took money then said wouldn’t be delivered for a few weeks, after several emails from me never them updating and always giving me excuses I’ve ask for a refund probably won’t get it and I will have to ask bank to get involved well see and same freezer on their site in stock but £40. More do not give them your money!!!! Still no refund had an email like other people on here story about having problems with their payments for refunds asked for my back details so they could pay it straight in but nothing, I am going to report to trading standards tomorrow for taking money by deception, I’ll see if I get anywhere with them

Place my order on 31/03/2021 for a Slimline Dish Washer, emailed confirmation received advising estimated delivery would be June 2021! Contacted them via email the next day and asked for an improvement or a full refund. Since then I have emailed their cancellation department and called them many times and been fobbed off each time, promised several call backs that never happen. it's now 23/04/2021 waiting for another promised call back before 15.00 hours again nothing so I called them to fine their offices were closed! Frustrating or what. Will no go through my bank to get my money back

Ordered Dec for delivery in February. Nothing. I have sent many an email asking for up dates they are vague and say courier will contact you. Now end of April and still no further along.
