Highly recommended! Fresh Fitness Foods is a great company/brand to go for if you are looking for a bespoke fitness nutrition plan designed according to your fitness goal plans. The website can be a bit funny at times to navigate and to make changes but with the one on one with the nutritionist makes that all worth while. I spoke to Georgia who tailored a plan based on my specs and needs and so far its going good. I will post an update on how I am progressing but so far it looks promising. I would highly recommend FFS as the food variety is good and have a good selection week on week with hardly any repetitions. Only downside is that I wish that they had an app for Android OS. Maybe something to venture into FFS as not everyone uses Apple. :)

Great tasting food (especially the curries and the sweet snacks!) but a bit on the premium side of pricing.

Quality of the food was very low. Also if you want a refund for meals you don’t order they charge you 10%.

I was a bit nervous about committing to my 30 day plan buts it’s without doubt one of the best decisions I’ve made. First class customer service, ridiculously tasty meals. Enjoying it so much I’m looking forward to renewing and starting my next plan. Keep up the fantastic work guys

I have been having three meals and a snack delivered to me for nearly two weeks now. The food is really good, I haven't had anything that I haven't liked. The ingredients are good quality and the flavours are very good. The delivery have worked out perfectly, it's so hassle free. I had initially worried because I live on a busy London road and I have had parcels go missing before, but the customer service team contacted me before my first delivery to make sure we had a good place to leave it, I took a photo of the location and that's where it has always been left with no issues at all. So far I haven't had any weight loss but it is early days. I had a telephone consultation with the nutritionalist who was very helpful, she suggested lowering the fat content and increasing the protein, which we have done. I haven't ever been hungry while having the meals, but I have started to have a little more energy so obviously something is going right.
