Having tried various meal prep, from Key to Food, with their flawed delivery process, to KBK who regularly fail to meet allergy requirements - FFF is by far the best from service, quality, reliability and from a platform / tech perspective, even further ahead with their app. Whilst considerably more expensive, catching a good promo offer, certainly adds the value. Normal pricing could be reviewed.

Fresh fitness food has been a game changer. Before I used this service I used to struggle to hit my calorie target and I was always lost for inspiration. Using Fresh fitness food has solved both of the problems helping me to work towards achieving my goals. The deliveries are always made on time which means I can start my day early with good food!. The team have been so supportive answering any questions I have and also very responsive on email. Highly recommend.

Quality food, prompt/easy delivery! FFF has been a gamechanger on both convenience and for keeping to goals.

3 days after starting with FFF, and one of my deliveries was already botched. Driver unable to be reached, customer service not processing an instant refund for that day’s food….and they couldn’t even make another delivery to correctly give me what I paid for. So now I am sitting here with no food for the day. The food from FFF is amazing but they need to fix this delivery issue. Customers are paying to eat, not starve. I still need my refund as well.

Hassle free, great customer service when needed (arranging bag pick ups at the end, changes during the course, got a replacement bag when once it was stolen). Expensive but you get what you pay for and completely worth it.
