Initially selling my product was a nightmare. I had to chase them up for payment and a confirmation email. After a few emails I was told they needed a strap for my selling product that I offered on the day of selling and was told they didn't want it. So I had to return to the store with it. The item I ordered online from cex was fine but in the end took so long to arrive. Overall the customer experience was so poor even though the emails back were responsive. Overall just loads unnecessary hassle that would put me off buying/selling anything again

Bought a value ps4 controller for €55. The picture of the controller was that of a Sony model. However the controller I received was not a Sony model, it was a cheaper made controller in second hand condition. Rip off and Very deceiving.

The item was defective. The return process was very frustrating. The assistant in the shop wouldn't accept "it doesn't work" as a reason for return. It felt like an interrogation. Question after question, suggesting my equipment was the issue. Identical product was bought at the time of purchase and it worked fine, my equipment was fine. I have an IT background and I did give a very detailed explanation of the faults but it shouldn't have been necessary, the product was faulty (I assume not tested properly before going on sale).
